Certificate in Peace & Reconciliation Studies:

We are now recruiting for a ‘Certificate in Peace & Reconciliation Studies’ OCR Level 3 Accredited (FETAC Level 5 Equivalent) as part of the Extending Positive Relations Project. The programme will take place over 4 days, and will cover the following modules

  • Conflict: Understanding & Managing Conflict Incl. International Case Studies
  • Diversity: Incl. Equality Issues & Legislation, Diversity & Human Rights
  • Building Communities: Inc. Community Development & Community Empowerment
  • Peace & Reconciliation: Understanding Reconciliation Incl. International Case Studies

The course will run 10am -4pm (light lunch provided) on Wednesday the 6th Feb, 13th Feb, 20th Feb & 27th Feb. The Course is fully funded and assistance is available towards Travel & Childcare Costs. Places are limited so advance booking is required, for more information or to book a place contact Assumpta at the women’s centre. A Project supported by the EU’s PEACE III Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body
