October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and also the beginning of October is World Mental Health Week.  It’s a time to focus attention on the need to look after your emotional, physical and mental health, so to support you to do just that we have organised a mourning of workshops, treats and information

11.30am    Jill Kelly – Aromatouch Mini Massage Session

12.30pm   Rachel Webb – Mindfulness workshop

1.30pm     Light Lunch
