Flower Arranging with
Gail Quinn The 4 week course will be a combination of
practical and demonstration work with emphasis on the practical. Participants
will watch demonstrations of all the work and then will work on the own
pieces with guidance and help as required. The course will cover the
principles of flower arranging, caring for flowers, gardening for the flower
arranger and more |

Pottery with Ross Cochrane Taster
“Paint your own pottery” Sessions will

Woodland Wanders: Guided Woodland Forays with Shailagh Healy
Interactive and experiential
woodland walk in the Mill Town Woods. We
will be identifying and querying native/non-native plant and tree species.
While incorporating Irish tree words and their place/namesake associations
within our living history and local landscape. Together, we'll be learning about the magical
mythology and time honoured uses associated with them and other woodland plants.

Mindfulness & Art with Rachel Webb We keep hearing that we need 'me' time. So how about exploring the
different aspects of yourself, what you want from life and how you want to
express yourself? We will be diving into our own worlds through mindfulness,
painting, dreaming, clay work and other gentle explorations over 2 Saturday
morning workshops. You can be as chatty or as quiet as you like. Why not take
